| Forty-eight hour cancellation notice is required. Your credit card will be charged one night if your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance. During holiday weekends, one-week prior notice of cancellation is required. |

| Our prices are based on double occupancy. We add $10 for each additional guest, per night. |
| The guest is responsible for the actions of his/her family and any other people who are visiting the guest during his/her stay. |
| The guest authorizes charges on their credit card from any damage cause by the guest. |
| Any and all disputes between the parties will be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Allegan County, State of Michigan administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitration(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. |
